Customer records & history
One record per customer, with every job on it.
Scheduling & recurring work
When you create a job in SendWork, you give it a day, a time and the people going — and, if it’s regular work, how often it repeats. Every visit lands on your calendar as its own job, priced and ready to invoice, and your customer gets one email with the plan. Something changes? Drag the job to another day.

Schedule a job
Scheduling isn’t a separate step in SendWork. It’s part of creating the job, so the day, the repeat, who’s going and the customer all live in the same record.
When plans change
On the calendar, pick up a job and drop it on another day. The date changes on the job itself — the same job your estimate, your invoice and your team already point to — so there’s nothing else to update.
Your team’s week
The Timeline lays out the week with a row for each person, and anything not yet assigned on a row of its own. Team Schedule shows today hour by hour, side by side, so you can see who’s free and where jobs overlap.
Regular work
Cleaning rounds, pool visits, lawn care, servicing contracts: set the pattern once and every visit is there, ready for the day it’s due.
Daily, weekly, every two weeks, monthly, every two months, quarterly or every six months.

Send one estimate for the series. When your customer approves it, every visit is approved.
Edit a single visit, cancel just that one, or stop every future visit. Visits already done or paid stay exactly as they are.

ABCD
Your customer, kept in the loop
The emails follow the job. The booking email carries the date, the time and the repeat plan, and as the job moves your customer hears that the work has started and when it’s done — automatically.
Before you choose
Straight answers on booking jobs, repeating work, moving things around and what your customer receives.
When you create the job, pick its date and time, choose who’s going and, if it’s regular work, how often it repeats. It goes straight onto your calendar and your team’s timeline. There’s no separate scheduling step.

Yes. Every visit in a series is created as its own job, with its own date, price and line items, so you can invoice and get paid visit by visit. One estimate can still cover the whole plan.
Drag it to the new day on the calendar, or change the date on the job. Everything attached to the job moves with it.
Yes. The Timeline shows the week with a row for each team member, plus a row for unassigned jobs. Team Schedule shows today hour by hour, side by side. You can also filter any view by team member, customer, status or dates.
No. If you do every job yourself, it works the same: your calendar, your regular customers and their emails, all in one place. The Independent Professional plan is for one person. When you take someone on, add them and start assigning visits.
An email when the job is booked, with the date, the time and the repeat plan, then emails when the work starts, when it’s completed and, if it comes to that, when it’s canceled.
