Terms and Conditions

To use the SendWork Platform, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

By accessing or using our SendWork Platform, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement"). This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, applies to all members who access, enroll in, or use our platform.

You acknowledge and agree that we may amend this Agreement at any time by posting a revised version or by notifying you directly at our sole discretion.

The SendWork Platform provides a marketplace for Clients to connect with Members for various services. We do not provide the services directly but facilitate the connection between Clients and Members.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the SendWork Platform for your personal and commercial use.

Members are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any necessary insurance and bonding required to perform their services. SendWork Inc. does not provide insurance or bonding for Members.

We collect and use customer data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the SendWork Platform, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

By providing your phone number and email address, you consent to receive SMS and email communications from us regarding your use of the SendWork Platform. You can opt-out of these communications at any time by following the instructions provided in the messages.

We welcome and encourage you to provide feedback, comments, and suggestions for improvements to the SendWork Platform. You can submit feedback by contacting us through the provided channels.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

We collect and use service data to provide and improve the SendWork Platform. By using the platform, you consent to our collection and use of service data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Job contracts between Clients and Members are solely between the parties involved. SendWork Inc. is not a party to these contracts and is not responsible for any disputes that may arise.

SendWork Inc. is not responsible for the actions or omissions of Members or Clients. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided by Members.

The SendWork Platform may include public areas where users can post content. You are solely responsible for the content you post in these areas and agree to comply with our content guidelines.

Clients can rate and review Members based on their experiences. These ratings and reviews are publicly available and may impact a Member's reputation on the platform.

Members are responsible for the content they generate and post on the SendWork Platform. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content.

All intellectual property rights in the SendWork Platform and its content are owned by SendWork Inc. or its licensors. You agree not to infringe on these rights or use the platform in any way that violates intellectual property laws.

The SendWork Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SendWork Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the SendWork Platform.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the SendWork Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
