About
What it is, who it's for, and what stays in your hands.
SendWork runs a service business from one record: your customers, jobs, schedule, estimates, invoices and payments, with a clear state for every job. Nothing goes to a customer until you approve it.
Owners and small teams who do the work themselves: 18 kinds of service business, from cleaning and plumbing to pool maintenance, property management and vacation rentals.
Yes. SendWork is built for the owner still on the job, sole traders included. When you take someone on, add them and start assigning work.
No. You create the job the way you already work — customer, price, what’s needed — and SendWork carries it through to paid. Nothing goes out until you approve it, and the AI in your dashboard can draft it for you.
Only what you set in motion. An estimate goes when you create the job with it switched on; an invoice goes when you press send. Emails about the job follow what you do.
Early access
Where SendWork is today and what joining the list means.
Not yet. We're opening founding-customer access in stages. Joining the list gets you an invitation — it doesn't create an account or start a trial.
Nothing. Launch updates only, and you can unsubscribe anytime.
The first invitations, a person to help you get set up, and a direct say in what gets built for your industry.
We're opening in stages, starting in 14 countries. Your invitation is sent the moment access opens for you.
No. Your login and your account continue exactly as they are.
Countries
Where SendWork launches, in which languages, and how money and paperwork work.
Fourteen: the United States, Canada, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Argentina, Brazil, the United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Spain, Portugal, Australia and New Zealand — each with its own currency and formats.
English, Spanish, Portuguese and French. The emails your customers get about their jobs and estimates follow the language your business uses.
Your country's own. You send estimates and invoices in your currency; customers pay by card online at launch, or the ways people already pay in your country — each payment recorded on the job.
No. SendWork keeps your estimates, invoices and payments organized for your bookkeeper or accountant. It doesn't file taxes or issue government e-invoices.
Day to day
Customers, regular work, estimates and invoices, and working on the go.
Each customer has one record: their details, every address you work at, and every job you've done for them, with each job's estimate, invoice, payments and history one click away.
Yes. When you create a job, set it to repeat — weekly, monthly, quarterly and more — and every visit lands on your calendar as its own job.
Yes. Price the job once: the estimate, the deposit and the invoice are built from it, so there's nothing to retype.
Add them as you go — on the Customers page, or in a few seconds while you book their first job. There's no spreadsheet import yet.
Yes. SendWork works in the browser on your phone, tablet or computer, with the same record on all of them.
At launch, what you capture without signal is kept and syncs when you're back online.
Price
What it costs to join, and the launch offer.
Joining the list is free. Plans are priced in your own currency; when your invitation arrives, you start with a free trial — no subscription needed to start.
Yes — SendWork is launching with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required.
Your data
What the list asks for, and who sees your business's records.
Your name and email — the only details the list asks for. No spam, and you can unsubscribe anytime. Our Privacy Policy has the details.
Your business and the team members you invite. Your customers see only what you send them: emails about their jobs and a page to approve each estimate.
