Scheduling & recurring work
Schedule it once. Every visit is booked.
When you create a job in SendWork, you give it a day, a time and the people going — and, if it’s regular work, how often it repeats. Every visit lands on your calendar as its own job, priced and ready to invoice, and your customer gets one email with the plan. Something changes? Drag the job to another day.

Schedule a job
Create the job. Watch the calendar fill in.
Scheduling isn’t a separate step in SendWork. It’s part of creating the job, so the day, the repeat, who’s going and the customer all live in the same record.
- Pick the day and the timeChoose the date, then the hour and the minute. SendWork shows what’s already booked that day, so you can see how full it is before you commit.
- Make it repeat — or don’tWeekly, every two weeks, monthly, quarterly and more. End it on a date or after a set number of visits. A one-off job simply skips this.
- Choose who’s goingAssign one person or several. The job shows up in each of their rows on the team’s timeline.
- Save. Every visit is on the calendar.Twelve weekly visits means twelve jobs, each with its own date, price and invoice — so visit 7 can be paid while visit 8 is still to come.
- Your customer gets the planLeave “Send email to customer” on and they get the date, the time and how often you’ll be coming, in one email.
When plans change
Plans change. Drag the job to the new day.
On the calendar, pick up a job and drop it on another day. The date changes on the job itself — the same job your estimate, your invoice and your team already point to — so there’s nothing else to update.

Your team’s week
See who’s where, all week.
The Timeline lays out the week with a row for each person, and anything not yet assigned on a row of its own. Team Schedule shows today hour by hour, side by side, so you can see who’s free and where jobs overlap.

Questions about scheduling
Straight answers on booking jobs, repeating work, moving things around and what your customer receives.
How do I schedule a job?
When you create the job, pick its date and time, choose who’s going and, if it’s regular work, how often it repeats. It goes straight onto your calendar and your team’s timeline. There’s no separate scheduling step.
What repeat schedules can I set?
Daily, weekly, every two weeks, monthly, every two months, quarterly or every six months. A series ends on a date you choose or after a set number of visits, up to 365.
Is each visit its own job?
Yes. Every visit in a series is created as its own job, with its own date, price and line items, so you can invoice and get paid visit by visit. One estimate can still cover the whole plan.
How do I move a job to another day?
Drag it to the new day on the calendar, or change the date on the job. Everything attached to the job moves with it.
Can I see who’s working where?
Yes. The Timeline shows the week with a row for each team member, plus a row for unassigned jobs. Team Schedule shows today hour by hour, side by side. You can also filter any view by team member, customer, status or dates.
Do I need a team to use it?
No. If you do every job yourself, it works the same: your calendar, your regular customers and their emails, all in one place. The Independent Professional plan is for one person. When you take someone on, add them and start assigning visits.
What does my customer receive?
An email when the job is booked, with the date, the time and the repeat plan, then emails when the work starts, when it’s completed and, if it comes to that, when it’s canceled.
