A business owner briefs two of his crew on the sidewalk outside a customer’s house before they start, their vans at the curb

For companies and teams

Your crew on the jobs. Your office on the same record.

SendWork is being built for the owner with a crew, and the business with an office side. Assign each job to one person or several, see the week by person and today side by side, and run every estimate, deposit and invoice the same way — from one record per customer the whole team works from. Nothing goes to a customer until you approve it.

Who’s on what

The week by person. Today, side by side.

Give a job to one person or to several, and it appears on each of their rows. The Timeline shows the whole week with a row per person, plus an Unassigned row for jobs still waiting for a name. Switch to Team Schedule for today, hour by hour. Filter any view by team member, customer or status.

Everyone works the same way

One record the whole team works from

  • One record per customer

Whoever picks up the phone sees the customer’s details, every address you work at and every job, payment and note — without asking around.

  • The same path for every job

Price it once — fixed, hourly or a basic task. The estimate, the deposit and the invoice follow the same way, whoever does the work.

  • Everyone their own login

Invite your team by email. Each person gets their own login, and jobs can be assigned to them.

  • One job, several people

A job for two is one job, shown on both of their rows — with one estimate, one invoice and one history.

  • Repeat work, shared out

Set regular work to repeat once, then assign each visit to one person or several. Every visit is its own job, with its own date, price and invoice.

  • Find it by person or customer

Filter the calendar, the Timeline or Team Schedule by team member, customer, status or dates.

One job, three people

Every step on the record, with a name on it.

The office books it, the crew does it, the customer approves and pays. The job’s History tab keeps each step and who took it — the same record, start to finish.

On the job and in the office

One record, three ways into it

  • On the job

The crew: their jobs, on their own row.

Each person has their own login and their own row on the Timeline. They press Start work when they arrive and Complete Task when they’re done, and the customer is emailed both times.

No ringing round at six to find out what got done.

  • In the office

The office: every customer, one search away.

Find a customer by name, phone, email or address. Book and assign jobs from one form, open invoices that are already filled in, and record payments on the job they belong to.

What’s waiting, done and paid — on the job, not in a pile.

  • The owner

You: the whole week, and the final say.

The Timeline shows who’s where all week. Every job shows where it stands — waiting for approval, awaiting a deposit, scheduled, in progress, completed or paid.

Nothing goes to a customer until you approve it.

Questions from teams

Can I assign one job to more than one person?

Yes. Assign a job — or each visit of a repeating job — to one person or several. It shows on each of their rows on the Timeline.

How do I see what everyone is doing today?

Open Team Schedule: today, hour by hour, with each person side by side. The Timeline shows the whole week, with a row for unassigned jobs, and you can filter any view by team member, customer, status or dates.

Does everyone on the team get their own login?

Yes. Invite your team by email — everyone gets their own login, and jobs can be assigned to them.

What if more than five people need SendWork?

Choose The Business Builder, which includes five users, and add more per user per month. Each extra user adds 500 AI interactions. See the prices for your country

Is SendWork built for large companies?

No. SendWork is built for owners who still do the work, for small teams and for businesses with an office side — not for enterprises with dispatch centers and call-center teams.
